Terms of Service

Thirtylow is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us for your use of this website and your purchase of Thirtylow. They supplement our general Terms of Service, which apply to anything these Terms do not cover; where the two conflict, these Terms apply to Thirtylow. By making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

What you buy

Thirtylow: a Shopify app, not yet available, that helps you show the lowest price of the last 30 days next to sale prices in your store. Planned price: 14-day free trial, then $7.99 per month, billed through Shopify.

The app is not available yet. Once it is listed, you will install it from the Shopify App Store and billing will run through Shopify.

Thirtylow is a digital product delivered online. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown before you install or subscribe. Shopify bills you for Thirtylow through your Shopify account, and Shopify's terms apply to that billing, including any tax Shopify charges.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown before purchase until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin; billing stops with the subscription. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it or the refund terms below say otherwise. If we change the price, we will tell you before the new price applies to your next renewal.

Refunds

Nothing can be bought on this site yet. Once the app is listed, you will be able to cancel any time by uninstalling it; billing stops with the subscription.

To ask for a refund, contact us (below). Refunds are issued through Shopify billing. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

Product terms

• Thirtylow is not available to install yet. This site describes the planned app. The figure the app is designed to show is a helper: it is not legal advice and does not certify or guarantee that any store complies with any law. Stores are responsible for their own prices and how they present them.
• No subscription exists and nothing is charged until the app is listed on the Shopify App Store. The billing and renewal wording elsewhere on this page applies only from that point.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, send us only content you have the right to share, and use Thirtylow lawfully. Do not misuse this website or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you send us and permit us to use it only to provide Thirtylow to you. While your subscription is active, you may use Thirtylow for your own business, and the documents and data you create with it remain yours. This website, the software and our materials otherwise remain ours.

No guarantee of results; disclaimer

We do not guarantee any business outcome, such as traffic, rankings, conversions or revenue. Apart from the commitments in these Terms and on the product page, Thirtylow is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Thirtylow or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Thirtylow in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made on or after that date.
